Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience, as lower levels tend to have more noise.

The location is comfy, 1 mile from Enfield Mall.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was pleasant and the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good with food items being restocked regularly. The eating areas were large and were kept clean.

The coffee maker and other items were found in cubbies in the bathroom which wasn't the most convenient place for them. There was only one tiny shelf in the shower which wasn't large for even the small bottles of shampoo, etc that were supplied.

Check-in was quick and convenient , the breakfast was consistently refilled with friendly staff. The hotel is situated near plenty of restaurants.

Weekend breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. 'Kids Free' has attracts sports competition-minded families with money to invade each weekend, causing running the halls all night, shouting, forget pool and hot tub, unruly and unsupervised while mom and dad booze it up in the breakfast room leaving the pre-teens to disturb everyone. Many people complained.

Great breakfast and excellent services from the kitchen staff. Excellent location to our kid's school, Suffield. Rooms are very nice with nice gym.

Heating issues in rooms!!! The air conditioning didn't seem effective, and the pool area could really use better upkeep!!! Parking was also a hassle with limited spaces available during peak times!!!

Favourable, excellent location in Enfield, close enough to Hartford or Springfield or the surrounding areas, restaurants and Six Flags New England, and numerous nearby stores and restaurants. Impressive and huge rooms with welcoming staff. Amazing and absolutely superb breakfast, a wide array of meals.

They did not have a restaurant on the premises and the breakfast was so busy you could hardly get near the food ,we ended up leaving and going out to breakfast..

It was just a great match for a brief pit stop in Enfield with very nice value for money. The staff were friendly, and I really appreciated the excellent wifi, made my online meetings easy. Remember to ask for extra towels if needed.

The location was convenient, being near our son's school and close to shopping centers. The staff demonstrated really good service, especially Rosa, who made check-in easy and was cute. The complimentary breakfast featured delicious homemade muffins.
